PFA has established a formal joint
venture with the Management Services Division of the Road Haulage
Association (RHA) to provide advice to all its members on corporate
restructuring, mergers, acquisitions or the disposal of all, or part, of a
business. RHA Management Services is the department of the RHA
that provides a range of services to help the membership with their
operational systems, management organisation and disciplines such as
Quality Management and Health and Safety.
PFA is also appointed as Honoury Advisor
to the membership of the United Kingdom Warehousing Association with regard
to mergers and aquisitions. We provide assistance to UKWA members who are
seeking an exit from their business, advise companies on succession
strategy, discuss management buy-outs and help with expansion of companies
by aquisition.
